Vehicle details: - VIN # JA3XE74C4MY028192- 157K miles- Clear Title - No accidents - (Not a Salvage vehicle)- No body rust....small nicks and scratches and a couple of small dents from normal everyday driving- There is a 2" tear on the polyurethane front spoiler near the right turn signal - Vehicle RUNS and Drives great. Turbos spool up and make plenty of power- 5 Speed manual transmission - shifts fine in ALL gears. No grinding. - car is stock. Rare second-gen twin turbo 3000gt vr-4 for sale. Currently starts and runs, but is smoking heavily after initial warm up and will need work. It should not be driven for any extended time so should be towed. Has very rare Japanese "MR" lower 6-speed gearing and rear pinion, as well as aluminum drive shaft, new aluminum flywheel and clutch with less than 1000 mi on them (original parts also included if desired), and new timing belt, tensioner and water pump. This 94' model is equipped with every feature ever available on the vr-4, including active aero and exhaust, AWD, 4-wheel steering, 6-disc changer option and much more. Vehicle has not been abused or raced, and has not been driven in ~ 2 years, only started for occasional maintenance. It would make an excellent project car for someone who is willing to devote a little time to it. The good: -New aluminum driveshaft and flywheel, polyurethane upper motor mount -Newly replaced clutch timing belt. tensioner, and water pump -Lower Japanese gearing 6-speed transmission and rear pinion/drive ratio -Most features tested and working at time of write-up, including all-wheel steering, active aero, active exhaust, active suspension, almost all interior functions -Starts and runs, un-abused -Clean title, no accidents, no heavy rusting/corrosion The Bad: -Smokes heavily after initial warm-up, runs/sounds "unhealthy" but without heavy knocking. Work to correct unknown. -Paint in heavily faded condition, esp. hood and rear spoiler -Drivers seat tearing, bubbling in drivers door, and other minor/various interior cosmetic issues -Timing cover not installed but included; fender liners in front and headlight backings missing and not included -Left-front fender is non-original to vehicle, and currently rubs on drivers door. This is a 1 owner car that the owner stopped driving when he was 86. Absolutely rust free. We have all the service records from new and the original sales invoice. A new high performance clutch was installed by AAMCO 10 miles ago and comes with a 1 year warranty. Belt service done at 55,000 miles. All lights, gauges and active aero work. The A/C blows cold and the tires only have a couple hundred miles on them. This car runs and drives very well, its fast and fun to drive. The interior shows some sun damage from baking in the California sun (see photos) but looks good. Last chance... Final Reduction on the price.... Get it while you can!! 1992 Red Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 Twin Turbo with all wheel steering. The motor has only 70,500 miles on it with a 5 speed manual transmission. The clutch engages perfect without grinding or popping out. The body is in excellent condition. It has been garage kept in Florida and has no rust. This car has power windows and locks, cold A.C., fully functioning active aero, and black leather seats. The seats do have some wear and there is a stain on the carpet under the passenger seat (see photos). A new timing belt and water pump has been installed, as well as an after market radiator. The installation of the radiator has caused the radiator dash light to come on. The radio tuner does not work, but the AUX plug allows you to still listen to music.
